For optional meals, please consider the following:
Must be ordered by August 1st 2025.
Sunday night dinner
Is designed for those who will have early arrivals to camp and do not
wish to go into Prescott for dinner. It is served at 6:00 pm. If you
will not be arriving prior to 6:30 pm, you will need to make other plans
for dinner.
Wednesday night dinner
Wednesday afternoon and evening are free time for students. Many wish to
take this time to explore Prescott, go busking, or sightseeing. Most
students do not come back to Chapel Rock for dinner on Wednesday. If you
will be staying on site that evening, you will need to sign up for this
optional dinner.
Friday lunch and dinner
If you are not attending any workshops on Friday, most students are
exploring Prescott or sightseeing for the day prior to the concert and
will not be on site for meals. If you are attending workshops on Friday,
you will need to register for meals that day.
Saturday breakfast
Breakfast will be served at 7:30 am. If you are leaving early that
morning to catch a shuttle, flight, or hit the road, you may not be here
for breakfast. If you are not, you will need to register for breakfast.
